The Office of Institutional Effectiveness, Research and Planning (IERP) at Santa Rosa Junior College is committed to being a data and information resource to our community of Administrators, Faculty, Staff, and Students.

Strategic Planning - Includes data for the Strategic Plan that guides the direction of our District and College. 

CTE Employment Outcomes Survey - The CTE Employment Outcomes Survey (CTEOS) is a statewide study to assess employment outcomes of students who have participated in career technical education (CTE) coursework at California Community Colleges.

California Community Colleges

The California Community Colleges is the largest postsecondary education system in the nation. The primary missions of the system are:

  • Preparing students to transfer to four-year universities
  • Workforce development and training
  • Basic skills and remedial education

California Community College Chancellor's Office - The Chancellor's office is the administrative branch charged with providing leadership, advocacy, and support for the California Community College system. The Chancellor's office operates under the direction of the state chancellor who is guided by the Board of Governors. The state chancellor is appointed by the board and board members are appointed by the Governor.

Data Mart - Provides information about students, courses, student services, outcomes and faculty and staff. The emphasis is to answer the questions of administrators, educators, parents, students, state leaders, and professional organizations. Because Data Mart is aimed at supplying information to a wide variety of users, the easy-to-use interface and query explanations insure the data are easily accessed and processed.

LaunchBoard - A statewide data system supported by the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office and hosted by Cal-PASS Plus, provides data on progress, success, employment, and earnings outcomes for California community college students.

California State University

Community College Dashboard - Institutional Research and Analyses (IR&A) sits within the division of Academic and Student Affairs and serves as a resource for the entire California State University community. We provide information, research, analytical services and data analysis that support evidence-based decision making, strategic planning and management of statistical and historical student data records at the CSU.​

University of California

Transfer Admissions Data - Information on UC’s Applicants, Admits, and Enrollees. Freshman applicant counts are presented for fall and transfer counts are presented for the full academic year.  Mean high school and transfer GPA are presented for freshman and transfer applicants, admits, and enrollees respectively by source school.

Sonoma County Data

SOCO Data - The open data portal for the County of Sonoma. Their goal is to provide open access to data for research and analysis, to spur innovation through the creation of new business opportunities and applications, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of government services, and for all to learn more about Sonoma County.

Sonoma County Economic Development Board - The EDB publishes economic and regional reports to help Sonoma County businesses stay current on economic trends affecting their industries.

US Census Data - The Census Bureau is the leading source of quality data about the nation's people and economy.

California Department of Finance - The Demographic Research Unity (DRU) of the California Department of Finance is designated as the single official source of demographic data for state planning and budgeting.

K-12 Data

California Department of Education Data & Statistics - The California Department of Education's (CDE) data governance is focused on the technical and required aspects of data management for mandated collections. Obtain access to educational data, statistics, and information about California’s students and schools. 

ED-DataEd-Data is a partnership of the California Department of Education, EdSource, and the Fiscal Crisis and Management Assistance Team/California School Information Services (FCMAT/CSIS) designed to offer educators, policy makers, the legislature, parents, and the public quick access to timely and comprehensive data about K-12 education in California.

National/State/Institutional Data

IPEDS Data CenterIPEDS is the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System. It is a system of interrelated surveys conducted annually by the U.S. Department of Education's National Center for Education Statistics (NCES).

Digest of Education Statistics - The primary purpose of the Digest of Education Statistics is to provide a compilation of statistical information covering the broad field of American education from prekindergarten through graduate school. The Digest includes a selection of data from many sources, both government and private, and draws especially on the results of surveys and activities carried out by the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES).

National Student Clearinghouse - The National Student Clearinghouse is a nonprofit education partner to the nation’s colleges and universities, providing critical educational reporting, verification, and research services. 

National Student Clearinghouse Research Center - The National Student Clearinghouse® Research Center™ is the research arm of the National Student Clearinghouse. The Research Center works with higher education institutions, states, districts, high schools, and educational organizations to better inform practitioners and policymakers about student educational pathways. Through accurate longitudinal data outcomes reporting, the Research Center enables better educational policy decisions, leading to improved student outcomes.
