The Office of Institutional Effectiveness, Research and Planning (IERP) at Santa Rosa Junior College is committed to being a data and information resource to our community of Administrators, Faculty, Staff, and Students. 

IERP receives many data requests and tries to fulfill as many requests as possible within our staff capacity. Before making a data request, we recommend looking at the many resources available including the SRCJ Fact Book, CCCCO DataMart, and IPEDS. SUBMIT A RESEARCH REQUEST

If you are not able to find the information you are looking for, requests for research, data, and surveys can be submitted through our ticketing system. 

Your request will be assigned to an IERP staff member. Include as much detail as possible including the purpose of your request, what information you need, timeline, and how the data will be used. An IERP staff member will follow up with you, if needed, for further information or with any questions. 

Please allow two weeks for requests to be reviewed.
